Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Custom Products & Complete Units: All complete units, special orders, and personalized items are manufactured specifically for you upon request. These items typically require 3-4 weeks of production time. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all provided images, technical documents, dimensions, and specifications before purchasing. Because these are built-to-order, they are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled once production has begun.

• Digital Goods: Digital projects, software, or licenses.

Return Shipping and Costs

For all voluntary returns (change of mind, accidental orders, or buyer's remorse regarding eligible items):

• Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for return shipping using a tracked service.

• International Returns: Customers outside Italy are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Any costs incurred by Velocitas Imperium to receive the return will be deducted from your refund.

• Transaction Fees: Payment processing fees (such as PayPal or Stripe) are non-refundable to us. Therefore, the refunded amount for any returned item or mistakenly ordered item will be reduced by the non-refundable transaction fee (typically 3-5%) and the original shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to provide a replacement or repair. This does not cover damages resulting from improper assembly or misuse of DIY parts.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, minus the applicable transaction and handling fees, within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
