ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom or complete units often require additional processing time. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note that packages shipped via UPS may take longer to arrive as they take additional time to be retrieved from our warehouse.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We do not currently offer local delivery.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx, and occasionally local carriers for remote areas. Shipping cost and standards remain consistent regardless of the carrier used.
Tracking is provided for all shipments.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping to select countries based on order value or promotional offers—this will apply automatically at checkout if eligible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges and available options will be shown at checkout.
Orders shipped outside Italy may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient/consignee.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, shipments are made with duties and taxes payable by the recipient (DAP/DDU).
If the carrier initially charges Velocitas Imperium for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other import-related charges that are the responsibility of the recipient, the recipient remains responsible for reimbursing Velocitas Imperium for the full amount charged by the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, nor for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are not refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, email us at velocitasimperium with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll handle these on a case-by-case basis and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
